What to Know Before You Rent with Pat Kelly Equipment Co.
Before you rent with us please be sure to read our Equipment Rental Terms & Conditions.
1.) Renter(s) must provide a valid driver’s license prior to the start of the rental.
2.) Renter(s) must meet all insurance requirements prior to equipment pick-up. Download here: Equipment Insurance Requirements | Truck Mounted Crane Insurance Requirements
3.) All new or cash-only rental accounts must provide a valid credit card to be received and charged a deposit with prior approval in the amount of the expected rental.
4.) Renter(s) must have prior credit approval to start and utilize an open rental account. Interested? Download a Credit Application here.
5.) All trucks and hitches must be properly rated for the equipment load haul along with working tail lights or will be denied rental until such can be provided. Truck hitches, balls, and accessories are available for purchase inside our contractor's supply store.
6.) Renter(s) must provide proper load restraints (tie-downs). These are also available for rent or purchase.
7.) Personal protection equipment (i.e. fall protection, helmets, etc.) is not included with the rental but is available for purchase inside our contractor's supply store.
8.) Proper equipment operator certifications must be provided prior to equipment rental (i.e. crane operator certification). Varies by type of machinery.
