- Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates -

Our dedicated team at Pat Kelly Equipment Company, Inc., expresses our thanks for trusting us with your equipment needs for over 44 years. We want to update you on what we are doing in response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, as our first priority is always the health and safety of all our customers and our people.

In response to some of our customer's requests and cautions to minimize personal contact, we have modified our daily operations.

The four main sources of information for our decision making are the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, the World Health Organization (WHO), and local city and county government directives. We will continue to adjust our actions and recommendations accordingly.

We understand projects are ongoing and we strive to provide critical products and services for as long as we are capable.

UPDATED (as of July 1, 2020): After a close review of the recently modified St. Louis County Department of Public Health “Stay at Home” order, we are now able to OPEN our showroom doors safely to customers while following the CDC's guidelines for safety. 

Our primary focus, as we reopen, is to keep our employees and customers safe. We are enforcing social distancing standards throughout our facility and we will continue to work remotely to reduce personal contact as much as possible, so in-person meetings will be reduced. We have canceled all company travel and attendance at large group meetings. All Pat Kelly Equipment personnel receive a daily temperature screening upon arrival and are equipped with appropriate PPE for added protection. Additionally, we are taking extra safety measures to routinely sanitize our dealer facility and equipment in an effort to keep our customers and people safe and healthy.

Companies, organizations, & municipalities can still accomplish every one of their equipment and supply needs at our location. In response, we’re asking customers to contact us by phone, email, or visit our online webpage prior to arrival for our services including scheduling a service repair, requesting a rental unit, purchasing a part, or scheduling a sales appointment in efforts to minimize personal contact and allow us to have your information prepared and ready-at-hand upon your arrival.

We will continue to provide a contactless drive-up experience so customers can get the equipment they need safely and efficiently. Whether you choose contactless pick-up or delivery from our dealership to your worksite, Pat Kelly Equipment Co. has the equipment you need to keep your essential business up and running. 

Our parts department and contractors tool & supply store will continue to accept Curb Side Service orders by phone to provide an additional minimal contact purchase method to our customers.

How it Works:
-Call our location, (314) 895-9500 ask for our parts department or contractors tool & supply store.
-Share your list of parts, tools, and/or supplies with one of our store associates. Pay over the phone via credit card or a previously approved charge account.
-Based on stock and availability we will gather your order together, ASAP.
- When your order is ready, we will call you for pick-up & bring it to your vehicle where we will verify contact order information.

As a reminder, we also offer daily pick-up and delivery service:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
