Our dedicated team at Pat Kelly Equipment Company, Inc., expresses our thanks for trusting us with your equipment needs for over 44 years. We want to update you on what we are doing in response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, as our first priority is always the health and safety of our customers and our people.

In response to some of our customer's requests and cautions to minimize personal contact, we have modified our daily operations.

The four main sources of information for our decision making are the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, the World Health Organization (WHO), and local city and county government directives. We will continue to adjust our actions and recommendations accordingly.

We understand projects are ongoing and we strive to provide critical products and services for as long as we are capable. At this time, our products and services have been deemed essential in accordance with the mandated Stay at Home Order from the St. Louis County Department of Public Health issued to take effect on March 23, 2020, through April 22, 2020.

Our primary focus, as we remain open, is to keep our employees and customers safe. We are encouraging social distancing and remote working to reduce personal contact as much as possible, so in-person meetings will be reduced. We have canceled all company travel and attendance at large group meetings. Additionally, we are taking extra measures to sanitize our facilities by performing continual cleaning.

Companies, organizations, & municipalities can still accomplish every one of their equipment and supply needs at our location. In response, we’re asking customers to contact us by phone, email, or visit our online webpage prior to arrival for our services including scheduling a service repair, requesting a rental unit, purchasing a part, or scheduling a sales appointment in efforts to minimize personal contact and allow us to have your information ready-at-hand and prepared upon your arrival. In addition to that, our rental and service offices are closed to all non-employees, instead, our team will assist you at your vehicle – please advise your personnel accordingly.

Our parts department and contractors tool & supply store are currently taking Curb Side Service orders by phone to provide an additional minimal contact purchase method to our customers.

How it Works:
-Call our location, (314) 895-9500 ask for our parts department or contractors tool & supply store.
-Share your list of parts, tools, and/or supplies with one of our store associates. Pay over the phone via credit card or a previously approved charge account.
-Based on stock and availability we will gather your order together, ASAP.
- When your order is ready, we will call you for pick-up & bring it to your vehicle where we will verify contact information and company credentials.

As a reminder, we also offer daily pick-up and delivery service:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
